More specifically:
Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Blue-Away as the base
Sponged on Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Whirlwind White
Added one coat of Orly Shine on Crazy Diamond
Then painted my balloon using Gosh Blue Balloon, Accent is Whirlwind White, outline is L.A.Colors Nail Art Deco Black
I give you my Blue Balloon Blue-Away...
I love how the Blue-Away and Whirlwind White look together :)
