Monkey see, monkey do

This idea came from Marta over at ChitChatNails. She did this post in May during my 31 day challenge, and I saved a photo of it immediately in my "nails to try" folder on my desktop lol. I was looking for an idea for a manicure over the weekend and I remembered this one and got super excited.

It has also been a while since I sported a Cult Nails manicure, and I didn't realize there were a few polishes I hadn't tried yet!?! So I opted to do opposite colors to Marta, and grabbed let me fly from my Cult Nails stash.

I used Sally Hansen Salon Manicure Naked Ambition as a base color on my two accent nails.
(I love this look by the way!)
Then I stamped with BM-221 and Finger Paints Black Expressionism.
Finally, I used a dotting tool and filled in some of the spots with Sally Hansen Salon Manicure Bittersweet & Revlon Orange Pop scented polish.

Indirect Sunlight: This photo was taken the morning after.

  2. Thank you for your super sweet shout out.  In fact, quite a few of "your" designs are in "my" to try folder :D
I love how this turned out and the colors you chose.  Any manicure is made better by a cult nails shade so hats down to you! Love this!
