GUEST POST: Julie from Of Knit and Nails

Moving right along with the guest posts for this week...

Today's post is by a fellow Canadian blogger who I had the lovely pleasure of meeting when I first moved to Halifax. Unfortunately (for me anyway), Julie has since moved to Ontario so I'm unable to meet with her in person and chat nails :P

Hosting her as a guest on my blog is the second best thing! So keep reading to see the adorable manicure she did...

Hi lovelies!  For those of you who don't know me, I'm Julie, the blogger behind a little Canadian blog called Of Knit and Nails, and I'm super happy to be here today!  I've been following Kelsie's blog for a couple of years now and continue to look forward to seeing her amazing manicures.  When she asked me to guest post for her while she went away I couldn't say no :)

I struggled a little bit with coming up with quality content that would match Kelsie's blog, and actually scrapped my first idea but I'm pretty happy with what I came up with!

I don't typically go for 'softer' manicures but after seeing this really cute mani on Pinterest I new I had to replicate it.

I started with a base of OPI My Vampire is Buff, and added soft minty stripes in Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Mint Sorbet.

I then stamped the branches using Mash-37, and the owl on my ring finger comes from Pueen-40.  Both images were stamped using Konad Black Special Polish.  How cute is that owl though?

I want to say a big big thank you to Kelsie for giving me the chance to post on her blog :)  I hope you have a wonderful week and thank you all for reading!

That manicure is so cute!! I really need to look into these Pueen stamps that everyone but myself seems to own.

Thank you so so much Julie for taking the time to do up a post for me :) I don't think I'm alone when I say that you went above and beyond the "quality content" I normally have on here lol!
