GUEST POST: Phoebe Jane (take 3!)

All of you ladies (and possibly gents) that have been following along on my nail adventures for a while might be familiar with my darling cousin Phoebe Jane. She shows up on here from time to time whether I'm catering to her birthday parties, having her over for sleepovers, or hosting her on my blog as a guest poster! I often brag about her crazy talent! Or how awesome it is to paint her nails for her (since she has these long gorgeous strong nails - a nail artists dream!)

Unfortunately, I haven't had the pleasure of spending a lot of time with her (or her younger sister) since september because I moved out of St. John's. But, I get to see them on occasional visits to Newfoundland when I go to see my sister or parents. In the meanwhile, she has graced us with her presence once more.... so read on to see which nail creation she has come up with this time...

Hello once again! I can’t believe it’s been over a year since my last guest post, so I’m really excited. Since Valentine’s Day is near, I decided to once again do Valentine’s Day themed nails. I had trouble coming up with an idea, but eventually got inspiration from a great post on Instagram.

These took a lot of time to do, and a LOT of patience, and I’m really pleased that they turned out so well. I started off by using Sinful Colors Snow Me White as a base. I then put two pieces of tape in the form of a triangle on my ring and middle finger. I used a sponge to put on all the colors in the triangle and on the rest of my fingers. I put a list of polishes used at the bottom.
After removing the tape, I just outlined the triangles with Sinful Colors Black On Black. Finished it off with a couple of jewels and a good topcoat.

The polished I sponged with are:
China Glaze Passion For Petals Zoya Kieko
Zoya Areej
Zoya Sooki

and a bright pink form Suzy Shier
I hope you guys enjoy this as much as I enjoyed doing it, and hopefully Kelsie will invite me back soon!

Love the look!! :)

Did I mention that this girl fell in love with nails and nail art right around the time that I did. (apologies to my aunt! lol it's an expensive hobby - but better than drugs!! haha)
AND, she was only 12 at the time!! Maybe in a few years she might grace the blogging community with her work, in the meanwhile her instagram is something only I, and a few of her close friends get to enjoy. But I decided to share a few of those images with you guys today... so here's a little sample of her work...
